Fish Butter fry

Ingredients 350 gram fish Fillets  Garlic pest 1 teaspoon  Ginger pest 1 teaspoon  Coriander leaves pest 1 teaspoon  Green chilli pest 1 teaspoon  Lemon juice 1 teaspoon  1 cup all-purpose flour  1/2 cup cornflour  1 teaspoon black pepper powder  1 teaspoon baking powder  2 eggs  2 teaspoon mailed Butter  salt as needed  Chilled water  oil for frying    Method  Marinate the fish Fillets  with garlic pest, ginger pest, Coriander leaves pest,green chilli pest,lemon juice, black pepper and  salt. refrigerate it for 2 hour.  Then in a bowl take cornflour, flour,   baking powder, mailed Butter and egg   and mixed it well.  Now add chilled water a little at a time   to make a smooth thick batter  Then take a pan and heat oil.  Then Coat the fish Fillets  into the        batter properly in both sides and deep  fry it unti...

Ingredients  Chicken breast 600 grams Garlic pest 2 teaspoon  Ginger pest 2 teaspoon  Onion finely chopped 1 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 handful  Green chilli 5 piece finely chopped  Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon  Vinegar salt 1 teaspoon  Oil as required  Method    1. Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients  Boneless chicken breast 4 piece Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon  Mustard pest 3 teaspoon  Freshly ground pepper 1 teaspoon  Lemon 1 piece  Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon  Green chilli pest 1 teaspoon  salt as needed  oil  Method    1. Whisk mustard, lemon juice, Green chilli pest,Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper together in a bowl. 2. Pound out chicken breasts and add to mustard mixture, coating both sides well. 3. Grill or broil turning once and brushing occasionally with mustard mixture, just until firm and opaque throughout, about 4 minutes per side. 4. Chicken Hariyali Tikka

Ingredients  Chicken cube 550 grams Garlic 30 gram  Ginger  20 gram  Green chilli 6 piece  Lemon 1 piece  Coriander leaves 1 bunch Minit leaves 1 handful  Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon  salt as  needed  oil for frying  Method    1. In a food processor or mixie, purée the fresh coriander, mint leaves, ginger, garlic, lemon juice,black paper, green chilli and salt. 2. Place the chicken in a large bowl, and rub with the mixture. Cover, and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. 3. Cook in a large pan over medium heat till the inside is no longer pink and outside is golden brown, stirring often to prevent it from sticking to the pan. 4. If using the grill. Preheat it and lightly grease a baking dish. 5. Place the chicken in the baking dish, and grill 20 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear. 6. Green Chicken Curry

  Ingredients  Chicken boneless cube 500 gram  Onion finely chopped 1/2 cup Coconut milk 1.5 cup water 1/2 cup Lime leaves 6 piece finely chopped  Basil leaves finely chopped 2 teaspoon  Thai green curry pest 2 teaspoon  Lemon grass finely chopped 2 teaspoon  Oil 5 teaspoon  Green chilli pest 2 teaspoon.  salt  as needed.     Method    1. At first take a nonstick pan take oil,heat the oil and add the onions. Saute till soft. 2. Add the curry paste and stir fry to mix well. 3. Add chicken pieces, saute over high heat till opaque. Add water and cook till chicken is tender. 4. Add the coconut milk, lime leaves,green chilli pest,basil leaves and lemon grass and bring to a boil. 5. Lower the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. 7. Now it is ready for serve hot with boiled rice on the side.

Chicken Korma

Ingredients  Chicken 1kg cut into midium pieces  Yogurt 2 cups  Garlic pest 40 grams  Ginger pest 40 grams  Onion 150 grams finely chopped  Paprika 1 teaspoon  Ground coriander  2 teaspoon  Ground chili 1.5 teaspoon Cumin 1 teaspoon  Cardamom pods peeled 2 teaspoon  Poppy seeds 1 teaspoon  Termaric powder 2 teaspoon  Bay leaf 1 piece  Coriander leaves 1 handful finely chopped.  oil 100 grams  salt as needed  Method    1. Ingredients  Chicken 500 grams in midium pieces  Onions 100 gram finely chopped  Garlic pest 2 teaspoon  Ginger pest 2 teaspoon  Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon  Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon  Curry powder 1 teaspoon  Grams masala powder 1/2 teaspoon  salt as needed  oil procedure  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add onion and saute until soft and golden brown. 3. Slowly stir in curry powder and all other spices. Once ingredients are blended together, add chicken pieces. 4. Cover skillet and simmer over medium low heat for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. 5. Easy Chicken Tikka

Ingredients  Chicken Cube 500 Grams Garlic pest 2 teaspoon  Ginger pest 2 teaspoon  Fresh yogurt 1cup Onion 2 piece  Coriander leaves finely chopped handfuls  Lemon 1 piece  Green chillie 5 piece  Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon  Black pepper 1 teaspoon  Gram masala powder 1 teaspoon  Chat Masala 1 teaspoon  Salt as needed  Procedure  Grind all ingredients (except chicken, Chat masala and yogurt) to a smooth pest in a food processor.  Then pour the mixture in a large bowl add yogurt and mix it well. Easy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients  Boneless Chicken cubes 400 grams Ginger pest 2 teaspoon  Garlic pest  1 teaspoon  Black pepper 1 teaspoon  Rosted Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon  1 cup all-purpose flour or maida 1 cup  Breadcrumbs  2 eggs  salt  as needed  oil for frying Method  At first take chicken cubes in a bowl and add gerlic/ginger pest, salt and marinate it for 30 minute. Then take flour or maida in another bowl add black pepper, red chilli flakes, and little salt and mix it very well.  Beat eggs in a different bowl.  Breadcrumbs in a another bowl. Then Coat the moist chicken in flour,then dip in the egg mixture,then coat in the breadcrumbs. Next hit the oil very well and fry all the Nuggets.
