Ingredients
- Chicken leg 4 pieces
- Garlic pest 2 teaspoon
- Ginger pest 2 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- yogurt 1 cup
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Kashmiri Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Gram masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- 2 teaspoon mustard oil
- Salt as needed
Procedure
- At first Cut deep slashes into chicken pieces.
- Then take all ingredients and marinate the chicken and refrigerate it atlist 3-4 hours.
- After that take a grilling pan and grill all the pieces 20 minute each side.(40 minutes), untill its become brown.
- Now Chicken Tandoori is ready for serve with selad and sauce.
