Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast 4 piece
- Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon
- Mustard pest 3 teaspoon
- Freshly ground pepper 1 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon
- Green chilli pest 1 teaspoon
- salt as needed
- oil
Method
1. Whisk mustard, lemon juice, Green chilli pest,Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper together in a bowl.
2. Pound out chicken breasts and add to mustard mixture, coating both sides well.
3. Grill or broil turning once and brushing occasionally with mustard mixture, just until firm and opaque throughout, about 4 minutes per side.
4. Now grilled chicken breast is ready for serve with selad.
