Ingredients
- Chicken 500 gram in midium piece
- Mushroom 250 gram
- Onion 100 gram finely chopped
- Ginger pest 2 teaspoon
- Garlic pest 2 teaspoon
- Tomato 1 piece finely chopped
- Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Gram masala 1 teaspoon
- Oil
- salt as needed
- All purpose flour 2 teaspoon
Method
1. Marinate chicken pieces with salt, pepper and turmeric powder for 20 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
3. Drain the pieces and place separately in a big flat plate.
4. In the same oil fry onions till it become brown.
5. Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 2 minutes.
6. Add red chili powder,Cumin powder and Gram masala powder.
7. Add all purpose flour and stir till light brown.
8. Add chicken broth and mix well, stirring continuously.
9. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
10. Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces.
11. Then add mushrooms.
12. Then covered it and cook it for 20 minutes in low frame.
13. Then remove the cover and cooked it for another 10 minutes.
14. Now chicken Curry with mushrooms is ready for serve.
