Ingredients
- Chicken Cube 500 Grams
- Garlic pest 2 teaspoon
- Ginger pest 2 teaspoon
- Fresh yogurt 1cup
- Onion 2 piece
- Coriander leaves finely chopped handfuls
- Lemon 1 piece
- Green chillie 5 piece
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Gram masala powder 1 teaspoon
- Chat Masala 1 teaspoon
- Salt as needed
Procedure
- Grind all ingredients (except chicken, Chat masala and yogurt) to a smooth pest in a food processor.
- Then pour the mixture in a large bowl add yogurt and mix it well. Add chicken pieces and mix it well.
- Then cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
- Thread the chicken into skewers and keep ready.
- Placer the skewers on the grill rak in your oven and rost it until its become brown in all side.
- Now remove the chicken piece from the skewers into the plate.
- After that sprinkle chaat masala and Lemon juice over the chicken.
- Now Chicken Tikka is ready for serve with sauce and dips.
