Ingredients
- Chicken kima 500 grams
- Onion 100 grams
- Garlic pest 2 teaspoon
- Ginger pest 2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves finely chopped one handfuls
- Mint leaves finely chopped one handful
- Green chilli 6 pieces finely chopped
- Gram masala powder 1 teaspoon
- Cornflour 100 grams
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- 2 Eggs
- Dry umin powder 1/2 teaspoon
- oil for fry
Procedure
- At first take all ingredients and mix it very well.
- Next take a nonstick pan and add oil
- Next Using your palm make the kebabs of any desired shape and size you want, generally flat round shape.
- Next fry the kabab until its become red.
- Now kabab is ready. you can serve with Green chatny or sauce.
