Ingredients
- Chicken 500 grams in midium pieces
- Onions 100 gram finely chopped
- Garlic pest 2 teaspoon
- Ginger pest 2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Curry powder 1 teaspoon
- Grams masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- salt as needed

procedure
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onion and saute until soft and golden brown.
3. Slowly stir in curry powder and all other spices. Once ingredients are blended together, add chicken pieces.
4. Cover skillet and simmer over medium low heat for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
5. Remove cover from skillet and cook for an additional 15 minutes, until sauce reduces!
