Chicken Sizzlers

Ingredients 

  • Chicken breast 600 grams
  • Garlic pest 2 teaspoon 
  • Ginger pest 2 teaspoon 
  • Onion finely chopped 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 handful 
  • Green chilli 5 piece finely chopped 
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon 
  • Vinegar salt 1 teaspoon 
  • Oil as required 

Method  


1. Wipe the chicken breasts and beat with a mallet or a knife to flatten.

2. Cut each into two pieces.

3. Mix the chicken with the other ingredients, except oil.

4. Put aside to marinate for 2 hours or so.

5. Heat a frying pan with a thin layer of oil and add the chicken to it, over high heat.

6. Turn the chicken and then lower the heat and cook till tender, turning once so that it is brown on both sides.

7. Before placing the chicken on the sizzler plate, heat the iron plate very hot.

8. Place the iron plate on a wooden tray so that you can handle it.

9. Before serving put some butter on the plate. Serve and enjoy!

Fish Butter fry

Ingredients 350 gram fish Fillets  Garlic pest 1 teaspoon  Ginger pest 1 teaspoon  Coriander leaves pest 1 teaspoon  Green chilli pest 1 teaspoon  Lemon juice 1 teaspoon  1 cup all-purpose flour  1/2 cup cornflour  1 teaspoon black pepper powder  1 teaspoon baking powder  2 eggs  2 teaspoon mailed Butter  salt as needed  Chilled water  oil for frying    Method  Marinate the fish Fillets  with garlic pest, ginger pest, Coriander leaves pest,green chilli pest,lemon juice, black pepper and  salt. refrigerate it for 2 hour.  Then in a bowl take cornflour, flour,   baking powder, mailed Butter and egg   and mixed it well.  Now add chilled water a little at a time   to make a smooth thick batter  Then take a pan and heat oil.  Then Coat the fish Fillets  into the        batter properly in both sides and deep  fry it unti...
